In the past applications, the potentiometer ruler has been widely used in injection molding machinery, but its accuracy, reliability, stroke and life are far lower than that of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor, because it is a contact type and is used repeatedly for a long time. Carbon brushes will inevitably wear out, causing them to fail.

Therefore, in this type of industry, the control system is technically indispensable for non-contact, durable and durable displacement sensors that can be connected to the field bus. The inductive linear displacement sensor is a displacement sensor developed from the summary of avoiding harm and benefiting from previous types of sensors. It has the characteristics of anti-magnetic field interference, anti-vibration, compact appearance, and good feedback effect on injection molding machines.

Since the signal acquisition and processing design is divided into two circuit boards, the flexibility of the sensor output type is greatly improved, and the output type of the sensor can be changed by changing different signal processing circuit boards, which reduces the product cost.
