Liquid cooling industry

In the context of the AI computing boom, the power density of individual cabinets has surpassed 50kW. Traditional air-cooling systems are on the verge of becoming ineffective, and liquid-cooling technology has become a necessity for green data centers. The CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit), which serves as the “heart” of the liquid-cooling system, directly determines the efficiency of heat dissipation. High-precision sensors act as the “nerves” that enable the CDU to detect potential risks. Changsha Taihe Electronics specializes in industrial sensing and has developed targeted liquid-cooling-specific solutions: high-precision pressure sensors can accurately detect micro-pressure fluctuations in pipelines, providing instant warnings of blockages; temperature sensors with a wide operating range of -40°C to 125°C ensure that heat exchange is fully controlled; non-contact liquid level sensors completely eliminate the risk of liquid leakage; combined with highly stable flow meters, they enable intelligent and demand-based distribution of cooling fluids. All products have passed rigorous EMC and high-temperature/low-temperature shock tests, making them suitable for 7×24-hour operation in data centers. Currently, titanium alloy liquid-cooled sensors have been mass-produced and applied to numerous large-scale data center renovation projects, helping customers to reduce their PUE value to below 1.1 (Note: The closer PUE is to 1, the higher the energy efficiency).
