The signal transmitted by the analog quantity sensor is a continuous signal, which indicates the size of the parameter through voltage, current, resistance, etc. It is worth noting that the continuous signal refers to time continuous, and the signal data transmission technology of the analog sensor can be discontinuous, but it must be continuous in the recording time management. So what are the factors that affect the types of external interference that affect the analog sensor?
(1) Electrostatic induction
Electrostatic induction is due to the existence of family planning capacitance between branches, which causes the parasitic capacitance of one end to pass to the other end, which is often referred to as capacitive coupling.
(2) Electromagnetic induction
When several different circuit designs sense each other, the current at one end will be coupled to the circuit at the other end through a magnetic field, that is, electromagnetic induction. When using pressure sensors and pressure transmitters, you need to pay attention to this factor.
(3) Leakage current induction
Due to the influence of hardware, especially the increase in the relative humidity of the environment for the application and development of the sensor, the insulation resistance decreases, which will greatly increase the risk of leakage current and cause interference.
(4) Radio frequency interference
It is mainly the interference and high harmonic interference caused by the start-stop operation of high-power equipment.
(5) Other interference
This mainly refers to factors in the production space, such as environmental influences, mechanical interference, thermal interference, chemical interference and other factors.
In short, if we want to know why our sensors (pressure, temperature, liquid level, weighing, etc.) are disturbed, we should first determine what type of transmission our sensors are, analyze the interference source and the sensitivity of the signal transmission line, check the grounding and Whether the shielding measures are in place, and whether there are large-scale electrical equipment nearby, determine the plan based on the actual situation and do not blindly handle it.
