Principle of dynamic weighing

First , install two oil pressure on the wheel loader . Through the automatic detection of lifting pressure, the pressure signal is converted into an electrical signal. After a/d conversion, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal . After digital processing by the microprocessor, the weight value is displayed on screen directly .Each time it rises or falls, the microprocessor stores a weight value, which is accumulated to the preset weight . And carries out an audible and visual alarm, which is recorded into the total accumulation.
