How to install the on-board weighing systems for loaders ?

Our installation direction of on-board weighing systems for loaders is from top to bottom and back to front.First install the weighing touch meter in the cab, and then connect the power line . Third, install the oil pressure sensors and position sensors , connect the line and debug it at last . Next ,introduce the way to install on-board weighing systems for loaders in detail .

1. Install weighing instrument.

This step is very simple . Just install the weighing instrument in the right front of the cab .

2. Install the power cord .

Connect the power cord of the loader to the power supply of the loader. Pay attention to the correct installation of positive and negative electrodes.Enter the power cord into the cab along the engine compartment .

3. Install the oil pressure sensors

Install the oil pressure sensors of the loader on-board weighing system at the hose connection of the hydraulic oil. It is the most important step to install the oil pressure sensors of oil inlet and outlet . When installing, pay attention to the oil seal ring facing inward and tighten it with bolts to prevent oil leakage .

4. Install the position sensor .

The position sensor is inclined at an angle of 15 degrees and is welded to the boom of the loader with an electric welder . And the installation position is about 1.5m away from the ground when the bucket is lifted .

5. Connect all wires and calibrate the instrument

The last step is to route all the oil pressure sensor cables ,position sensor cables , and power cord into the weighing instrument in the cab . Calibrate the loader scale according to the instructions, and it can be used after calibration.
