1.What is a cryogenic pressure sensor?
The cryogenic pressure sensor is usually a sensor that can stably measure pressure under -196 ℃. It is mainly used for pressure measurement of aerospace propellants, aerospace respiratory systems, low-temperature scientific experiments of equipment, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, cooling tanks, low-temperature storage tanks, propellants, etc. With the development of science and technology, the temperature range of low-temperature pressure sensor can be expanded, which makes the application range of low-temperature pressure sensor in military more extensive.
2.Research on cryogenic pressure sensors .
Ultra low temperature thin film pressure sensor can be used for pressure measurement in low temperature environments such as liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen. At present, the lowest working temperature of ultra-low temperature pressure sensor products outside is -200 ℃ The ultra-low temperature thin film pressure sensor has been successfully developed in China , and the static performance test of the pressure sensor has been carried out under the temperature environment of -253 (liquid hydrogen) ~ +60 ℃. The results show that the performance index of the sensor is excellent, and the technical breakthrough of the ultra-low temperature thin film pressure sensor has been achieved. At present, there are ultra-low temperature pressure sensors with temperature signal output.
3.Research on immersion ultra-low temperature pressure sensor
In the field of aerospace liquid hydrogen / liquid oxygen engine measurement and control, it is very important to obtain accurate low temperature propellant pipeline pressure parameters in real time . In order to improve the accuracy of low temperature pressure parameter measurement, an immersion ultra-low temperature pressure sensor is developed the sensitive diaphragm of the pressure sensor integrates strain resistance, sensitivity temperature self compensation resistance and temperature measurement resistance. Through sensitivity temperature self compensation technology and pressure / temperature composite measurement technology, the product zero point and sensitivity temperature error are compensated in situ in real time, so as to achieve high-precision measurement of low-temperature propellant pressure .
