Cryogenic pressure transmitter

Ultra low temperature pressure sensor usually refers to the cryogenic pressure transmitter that works stably under - 196 ℃. The stainless steel integrated packaging structure is adopted, and the pressure sensing film is of excellent special design, so that the sensor can work safely and stably in the ultra-low temperature environment. PPM-T330D is an ultra-low temperature pressure transducer widely used in aerospace, liquid nitrogen storage and other fields. It has the characteristics of high frequency response, strong corrosion resistance and long working life.

Development of cryogenic pressure transmitter in china

Cryogenic pressure transmitters are generally only used in military and scientific research, and are rarely needed in other industries. Not many domestic manufacturers can produce such low temperature pressure sensors. Since 704, the Ninth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, developed the ultra-low temperature pulsating pressure sensor (the temperature range of the sensor is - 253 ℃~60 ℃; the measurement range is 0~60 Mpa ) in 2015 and successfully participated in the flight for the first time, the cryogenic technology in the civil area has also become increasingly mature. The ultra-low temperature pressure transducer  developed by our company has excellent performance in the environment of low temperature - 196 ℃ liquid nitrogen and liquid hydrogen. For many years, it has provided low-temperature pressure measurement scheme for military and aerospace projects.

Military requirements will be higher, and stable operation at - 200 ℃ is a conventional requirement. With the development of science and technology, the temperature range of cryogenic pressure sensor can be expanded, which makes the cryogenic pressure sensor more widely used in military. The rapid development of hydrogen energy also provides a good growth space for cryogenic pressure sensors.
